Send the item sizes, quantities, delivery PIN code and needed date in your first message. Aura Farmers is a catalog with an enquiry route, so a written quote follows the details of your order. A clear first message helps both teams check the same list.
Before you message
Use the product catalog to name the items you want. “500 plates” is less useful than “500 10-inch plates.” If you need several products, list each line separately. Include how the food will be served, especially if you need help choosing a size. The mixed-order guide shows an example list.

Check the quote
Ask for the exact product names, quantities, pack sizes, fee or unit price, taxes, freight, payment terms and delivery plan in writing. Compare the quote with the message you sent. If a size or count changes during the discussion, ask for the revised quote before confirming.
The bulk starting quantity shown on this site is 500 pieces per item. A mixed order can include several items, with each line quoted separately. Pricing depends on the item mix and quantity; this site does not publish a per-piece rate card. If you need invoice or food-contact documents, say so before you approve the quote.
Confirm and receive the order
Keep the written confirmation and invoice or delivery paperwork together. When the cartons arrive, count them, check the item labels and look for visible damage before moving them into storage. Our delivery receiving checklist covers this step.
If something is wrong, take photos of the cartons and affected pieces, and contact Aura Farmers promptly with the order reference. The current shipping policy and refund policy set out the published terms. Ask for an order-specific delivery estimate in the quote rather than assuming a standard dispatch window.
